Spam
It is prohibited for Fundaments' clients to send spam. In the case of email, this pertains to both permission and content.
The principle is "consent, not content": whether it is a commercial, religious, or cultural email, if there’s no consent, it's prohibited. Furthermore, there is additional criteria that the content of an email must contain. Failure to meet all stipulations results in not only illegality but also contravenes the terms set forth by Fundaments. If all conditions are not met, sending such an email is not only illegal but also violates Fundaments' terms.
Should you have any concerns or issues regarding emails originating from our clients, we kindly request that you report them to abuse@fundaments.nl. Alternatively, you may contact us via telephone or mail. Our contact information can be found on our designated contact page.
Notice and Takedown
If you believe your rights are being violated by one of our customers, Fundaments is here to help. We will facilitate mediation between you and our client to seek a resolution. Should this process not result in a satisfactory outcome, we will then evaluate the complaint in accordance with legal regulations. In instances where material is found to be clearly unlawful, Fundaments may take steps to restrict access to such material.
