Disaster Recovery
IT plays an increasingly important role in the way people work. More often we see that applications and related services are business-critical, for which the underlying infrastructure platform must subsequently be extremely suitable. Attacks on the IT infrastructure and data hijacking by ransomware also create the need to quickly switch to an alternative environment.
With our Zerto Disaster Recovery service we offer a premium solution for environments where even a few seconds of data loss has major consequences. To this service we now add an additional solution with vCloud Availability: this service is for environments for which 15 minutes of data loss is acceptable.
vCloud Availability
For these less critical environments, we have deployed vCloud Availablity across all locations where our vCloud Director-based virtual data center services are available.
This powerful solution is designed for simple, secure and cost-effective onboarding, migration and Data Recovery services either to or between VMware-based Clouds. Here we can replicate both local (on premises) environments to the Fundaments Cloud for contingency purposes, or apply it between all Fundaments Cloud environments. This solution is also suitable for migrating servers and applications to and from the Cloud.
