For four days this is an event full of keynotes, technical & business sessions, networking opportunities and fun parties. Fundaments is also present, not only to learn about VMware's latest technologies, but also to gather with tens of thousands of experts, thought leaders, partners and professionals to share knowledge and connect with one another.
VMworld from day to day
On Sunday, part of the Fundament team heads to Barcelona, where on Monday the week traditionally starts with a partner day. During the General Session on this first day, VMware outlines their vision and strategy for the coming year, highlights new opportunities and shares insights on key announcements that will be communicated during VMworld 2019. Afterwards, there will be a partner reception. For us, of course, the perfect opportunity to speak to VMware executives, experts, and partners in an informal way.
On Tuesday, VMware CEO Pat Gelsinger kicks off the day with a special focus on groundbreaking developments in the areas of Cloud, Apps, Containers, Networking, Mobility, and Security. Extremely interesting for us as well as our customers and partners! Thereafter, our colleagues go their separate ways to attend workshops, sessions and keynotes suited to their own areas of expertise.
