Enterprise Support
The Enterprise Support service applies to all services provided by Fundaments. Enterprise Support can be purchased in two variants, which are Standard or Premium.
With Standard Support, the customer receives access to the Self Service Portal and Supportdesk. Major Incidents are resolved within a guaranteed time. With the Premium Support service, Minor Incidents, RFCs and RFIs are also handled within the agreed deadlines. Commercial and administrative enquiries are sent directly to the relevant teams. The Enterprise Support service sets up monitoring on all (infrastructure) services and actively intervenes 24x7 in case of any disruptions.
