Fundaments donates €2500 to Hart van Twente
This year, Fundaments donated €2500 to Hart van Twente, an initiative of the FC Twente Kidsclub. This social initiative is dedicated to children and young people from the region who are in a worrisome or difficult situation.
In cooperation with various organisations, foundations and charities from the region, including Roessingh, MST, ZGT, Foundation Hartekind, Spieren voor Spieren and Twente tegen Kanker, children and young people connected to a charity or foundation are invited to the Grolsch Veste at every home match. In a purpose-designed skybox, Hart van Twente aims to give them an unforgettable day and make beautiful memories together with family members. In addition, other activities are organised during the season, including the annual ‘Hart van Twente Day’. Also, all participating children and young people will be made members of the FC Twente Kidsclub & Young Reds for free. This allows them to enjoy the benefits of all Buddies.
Raoul Werger, CEO at Fundaments presented the cheque to Johan Kroeze, founder of Hart van Twente. Raoul commented the following: ‘Every year we sponsor a charity in the region. Instead of distributing doughnuts or sending Christmas presents to our customers and relations, we like to support a social initiative. This year it is Hart van Twente. We like to dedicate ourselves to children and young people from the region who are in a vulnerable situation so that they can be children again for a while, make unforgettable memories and put a smile on their faces!’
