Develop, implement and maintain our information security policies in the context of ISO 27001 and NEN 7510.

Ensure the preservation of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISAE 3402 certifications.

Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations such as AVG and NIS2.

Analysing and managing information security risks.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Advise the board, management and colleagues on security issues and compliance requirements.

Signal new cyber security threats and trends as well as taking measures to mitigate them.

Promote awareness and training within the team regarding security and compliance.

Act as first point of contact for information security queries or incidents.

Perform activities as environmental officer for ISO 14001.

HBO or WO work and thinking level, preferably in an IT or security-related field;

Demonstrable experience with information security, compliance and risk management;

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NEN 7510, ISO 9001, ISAE 3402;

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA are a plus;

Strong communication skills and ability to persuade;

A proactive and structured approach, with an eye for detail;

Interest in Cloud technologies and the ability to translate these into security and compliance issues.

Market-level salary: finally, of course you would like to know what working in this position will earn you.

Als a Security and Compliancy Officer at Fundaments you will receive a salary between €3.000 and €5.050 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week. Additionally, we have an appealing pension arrangement and you will receive 25 holiday leaves based on full-time employment ( a nice addition: you will also receive a day off on your birthday). Finally, you will get a telephone allowance of 25 euro per month as well as an internet allowance of 35 euro per month.
