Press release: 01-04-2023, Enschede
Bunnies are used to ship packages among Fundaments' customers. This is also confirmed by Raoul Werger, CEO of Fundaments. They are doing this to promote a new service in a playful way. ‘We actually wanted to keep it a secret for a while, but it has leaked out. We are holding a promotion at Easter where we will deploy trained bunnies to bring parcels around. It's about our CPaaS hare campaign. This is because we have a new service CPaaS (Container Platform as a Service) and we want to promote it in a playful way.’
Werger talks about how they came up with the bunnies: ‘A colleague told me that bunnies are easy to train and can deliver a package. They seem to do that quite often. Then, of course, you shouldn't think of large packages, but something small that they can carry in a backpack. We have found a very good hazmat trainer and he is helping us with this action. It will be really cool. It's a shame, though, that it's already known. We would have liked to keep it a surprise. What the bunnies will bring as a package is still a secret. By the way, people can request a package from the CPaaS bunny on our site.’
