How does Fundaments Enterprise Support work

Fundaments uses a very user-friendly self-service support desk. Here, you can submit reports, change requests and information requests in a structured way. Should the situation require this, it is of course also possible to contact us by phone.

Our highly trained frontline staff provides the right support for most incoming requests. If they are unable to solve them, they will contact one of the specialist teams within Fundaments. In addition, Fundaments uses 24x7 monitoring, so we can intervene before you even notice a disruption.

Two variants: Prepaid and Postpaid Enterprise Support

Enterprise Support is available from Fundaments in two variants: prepaid and postpaid.

In the prepaid variant, Fundaments offers guarantees with regard to response and/or resolution times in case of incidents, change requests and information requests. You purchase Prepaid Enterprise Support in advance, based on a jointly agreed number of hours per month, and of course we periodically test the number of hours for continued suitability. Fundaments activities are deducted from the pre-purchased hours.

In the postpaid variant, Fundaments only offers guarantees with regard to the response and resolution time of major incidents. Other incidents, change requests and information requests are dealt with on a best-effort basis. With postpaid Enterprise Support, the hours spent are invoiced afterwards.

100% control over your Cloud

Are you sure where your data is? That's what a sovereign Cloud can guarantee you. This guarantees that your data is on Dutch soil, that it is managed by a Dutch party, namely Fundaments, and that there is therefore full control over all your data. Fundaments IaaS is a completely Dutch platform, spread over seven data center locations in the East, Central and Western Netherlands. These are all Tier3+ locations: the highest achievable class for a Dutch data center at the moment. A Tier3+ data center has thought of everything in terms of security, including guaranteed power supply, burglary protection, water and fire detection and climate control.

Comply with Dutch laws and regulations

With Fundaments services, you comply with Dutch data storage legislation with all relevant certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, NEN 7510 and ISAE 3402 type I and II). Not only the IaaS service that you purchase, but Fundaments' Dutch data centers also have the same or similar certifications. Thanks to the NEN 7510 certification, the platform is also suitable for supporting healthcare institutions.
