From the standard firewalling, it is possible to extend the functionality with licences to include OSPF routing and traffic analysis: Intrusion Detection System (IDS) as well as Intrusion Prevention System (IPS). In addition, Fortigate offers options to pair with a Web Application Firewall (WAF). Furthermore, the Fortigate firewall is easy to integrate with the Fundaments Cloud.
